RETURNS & REFUND POLICY  

 

At Signatureshaven, operated by Pixelbazzar Online Private Limited, we are committed to offering a reliable and hassle-free shopping experience. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Pixelbazzar Online Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” denote our customers. By placing an order for men’s or women’s accessories, you agree to follow the procedures below. 

Return Eligibility 
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions: 

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging 
     
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be returned intact 
     
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customer support 
     
  • Products failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted 


How to Request a Return 

  • Submit Request: Email your return request including Order ID and reason to Pixelbazaaronlinepvtltd@gmail.com 
     
  • Provide Evidence: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, attach clear images to speed up processing 
     
  • Follow Instructions: Upon approval, detailed guidance will be provided to complete the retur 

Note: Returns that do not adhere to this process may be rejected. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • Returned items are inspected to confirm compliance with return criteria 
     
  • You will receive notification of approval or rejection of your refund request 
     
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 
     
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed 


Partial Refunds 
Items that partially meet return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging, may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 

  • Return requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery 
     
  • Clear photographs or videos must be shared via Pixelbazaaronlinepvtltd@gmail.com to enable faster processing
